Appearance. Copper to dark amber (10–17 SRM) with attractive reddish depth. Features a large, dense, and long-lasting creamy off-white head with excellent clarity.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Rich malty notes of caramel and toast are complemented by moderate spicy, clove-like phenols and fruity esters of raisins and plums. No roasted or burnt character.
