Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit and mango. These tropical and citrus notes are layered over secondary resinous and piney characteristics. The malt aroma is low, clean, and grainy, while the fermentation profile remains neutral and free of esters.
Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward. Medium-high hop flavor carries grapefruit and tropical fruit notes, followed by a firm, earthy bitterness. The malt character is low and grainy-sweet, providing enough support to keep the balance hop-centric. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, bitter aftertaste.
