These modern hop characteristics are supported by a clean, lean malt backbone featuring notes of fresh bread and light toasted grain. Despite its sessionable strength, it maintains a classic American Pale Ale balance, offering a crisp, refreshing finish with a well-defined bitterness that lingers briefly without becoming harsh. The result is a bright, aromatic beer that showcases modern European craft synergy.
Appearance. Pale golden color (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a moderately large, white, frothy head with good retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring distinct grapefruit, lemon peel, and hints of tropical pineapple. A low neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean foundation. Fermentation esters are very low, ensuring the hop character remains the primary focus.
