This playful American Pale Ale reimagines the classic Buck’s Fizz, blending the refreshing qualities of a sessionable ale with the elegance of a celebratory cocktail. Fermented with Champagne yeast, it presents a remarkably clean and dry profile characterized by sophisticated white-grape notes and a crisp finish.
