Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring heavy tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and pineapple from Galaxy hops, complemented by Citra's lime and grapefruit. Vermont yeast contributes distinct peach and apricot esters. A clean, sharp lactic tartness underpins the hop profile without any funk.
