Horizon reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern lens, blending a traditional clean, crisp lager base with bold Yakima Valley hops. The result is a brilliantly clear, straw-colored lager that balances delicate, grainy-sweet malt notes of toasted cracker with a vibrant American hop profile. Expect an aromatic burst of tropical mango and zesty grapefruit, followed by sharp lime and a resinous hint of pine. While staying true to the refreshing, dry-finishing nature of a Pilsner, these vibrant hop additions from the Pacific Northwest provide a fruit-forward complexity that elevates the firm bitterness, culminating in a sharp, thirst-quenching finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow; brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring a blend of tropical mango, grapefruit, and lime zest alongside a subtle pine resin. Underlying light grainy, cracker-like malt sweetness; clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial crisp, grainy malt quickly yields to assertive hop flavors of grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruit. Firm hop bitterness is prominent but clean, leading to a bone-dry, refreshing finish with a lingering citrus and pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, providing a crisp and prickly sensation. Smooth, clean finish with a very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
