This elegant Straight Sour Beer reimagines the classic Parisian cocktail, blending a crisp lactic acidity with a lush fruit profile. Vibrant aromas of juicy raspberries and sun-ripened pineapples dominate the nose, supported by a subtle, aromatic undercurrent of smooth vanilla that softens the sharp edges. The pale malt base provides a light, crackery foundation, allowing the tart fruit expressions to shine. Effervescent and refreshing, it balances the zesty tang of a traditional sour with the sophisticated, dessert-like nuances of a French Martini, finishing clean and bright with a lingering berry character and a refreshing, dry snap.
Appearance. Vibrant pink to light ruby hue (SRM 6–8); slight haze from fruit additions; large, frothy white-to-pinkish head with poor retention; highly effervescent.

Taste. Strong, clean lactic sourness is immediate; intense raspberry and pineapple flavors follow, providing a juicy fruit character; moderate vanilla adds a smoothing perception to the mid-palate; undetectable hop bitterness; finish is off-dry and very crisp with lingering tart fruit.
Mouthfeel. Light-bodied; high carbonation; refreshing, prickly acidity; no alcohol warmth; very clean and crisp without astringency.
