Festzeit is an elegant Märzen that captures the essence of a traditional autumn celebration. The grist, featuring Munich and Vienna malts, provides a deep, toasty foundation with layers of fresh bread crust and a subtle, honey-like richness. Extended lagering ensures a crystal-clear presentation and a refined, smooth profile. On the palate, the malt-forward character is perfectly balanced by the soft, herbal touch of Tettnang hops, which lend a delicate spicy nuance without overshadowing the grain.
