Elevation is a tropical-focused New England IPA that bridges the gap between a classic hazy profile and a toasted dessert character. The inclusion of Sabro and Talus hops drives a complex profile of creamy coconut, bright pineapple, and a distinct touch of cedar woodiness. Toasted coconut chips amplify the aromatic intensity, providing a warm, sun-drenched sensory experience. Expect a pillowy soft texture that carries flavors of stone fruit and citrus through a gentle, off-dry finish. This Hazy IPA avoids harsh bitterness, instead leaning into the lush fruit notes and coconut creaminess to deliver a highly drinkable, enlightened palate experience.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly toasted coconut and ripe pineapple. Distinctive hop character from Sabro and Talus brings notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, and a subtle herbal cedar. Low bready malt supports the fruit-forward profile; clean fermentation with light fruity esters.
Taste. Immediate tropical burst of coconut and pineapple. Hop flavors of lime and peach emerge mid-palate, complemented by a unique woody cedar note. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-masked by the soft body. Malt is grainy and neutral. Finishes smooth and off-dry with a lingering coconut and tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, light alcohol warmth. No astringency or harshness, providing an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel without being cloying.
