This Gingerbread Stout presents a bold, comforting profile that balances aggressive American Stout characteristics with festive spice. The base offers deep layers of roasted coffee and bittersweet chocolate, supported by the resinous presence of American hops. Infusions of ginger and cinnamon evoke a fresh gingerbread biscuit, weaving through the dark malt backbone. At 8.4% ABV, the alcohol provides a smooth, integrated warmth rather than a sharp burn. Expect a complex interplay between burnt malt edges and sweet spice, finished with a firm bitterness that prevents the decadent, spiced profile from becoming cloying, resulting in a robust and seasonally evocative experience.

Appearance. Jet black (40+ SRM) and completely opaque. It pours with a thick, long-lasting head of deep tan foam that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant roasted malt notes of espresso and dark cocoa are immediately apparent, quickly followed by the aromatic spice of ginger and warm cinnamon.
