VLC Lager is an artisanal International Pale Lager that offers a rustic, unfiltered profile. The use of Spanish two-row Pilsen malt and house-made caramel malt provides a foundation of bready grain with a light toasted sweetness. It features a delicate floral and spicy hop character derived from León-grown Hallertau and Fluger varieties. Fermented with a proprietary Italian-origin lager yeast, the beer maintains a clean profile that showcases its natural bottle conditioning. This light amber lager balances refreshing drinkability with a distinct malt depth, resulting in a crisp, dry finish that honors its Valencian craft origins.

Appearance. Light amber in color (approximately 6-8 SRM). Characteristically hazy and unfiltered. Displays a frothy, off-white head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial scents of grainy-sweet Pilsen malt and a subtle toasted note from the caramel malt. Low floral and herbal hop aroma from the Hallertau and Fluger varieties is present.

Taste. Initial impression is of bready, grainy malt followed by a touch of caramel sweetness. Hop flavor is low with floral and herbal notes. Bitterness is medium-low, providing a balanced structure that leads to a crisp, dry, and well-attenuated finish. The aftertaste is clean with a light lingering of toasted grain.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly creamy texture due to its unfiltered nature. Carbonation is moderately high and lively, resulting from natural bottle conditioning. No detectable alcohol warmth or astringency.
