This New Zealand Pilsner showcases the intense, pungent aromatics of Riwaka hops in a refreshing, low-ABV frame. A collaboration between Viralata and Aguas Libres, it opens with a vibrant bouquet of pink grapefruit, passionfruit, and a signature citrus zest. The sensory experience is defined by these modern hops, which contribute layers of tropical fruit and a subtle, crushed-green-leaf freshness over a neutral, bready malt backbone. It pours brilliant gold with a creamy white head, offering a smooth, clean palate that balances firm bitterness with a dry, elegant finish, embodying the bright, wine-like character typical of the style.

Appearance. Straw to pale yellow-gold in color with brilliant clarity. Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by the Riwaka variety, showcasing distinct notes of white grapefruit, passionfruit, and lime zest with a faint grassy undertone. The malt support is medium-low, providing a clean, crackery, and bready foundation. Fermentation is very clean with no detectable esters or sulfur.
