Villages Whippy is a vibrant take on the traditional Witbier, delivering a refreshing profile characterized by a hazy, straw-colored pour. The sensory experience is led by a bright bouquet of zesty orange peel and freshly cracked coriander seeds, which meld seamlessly with the distinct tangerine and citrus notes of Mandarina Bavaria hops. A soft, bready malt backbone provides a creamy foundation for the lively carbonation. Appearance. Very pale straw with a significant starch haze, giving it a milky, whitish-yellow shine. It is topped by a dense, white, moussy head with very good retention.
Aroma. Moderate bready maltiness with light notes of honey. High citrus intensity featuring zesty orange peel and the distinct tangerine character of Mandarina Bavaria hops, balanced by perfumy-lemony coriander and a faint herbal spiciness.
Taste. Initial bready and grainy malt flavor followed by a moderate zesty, orange-citrus fruitiness and tangerine notes. Subtle herbal-spicy flavors of coriander are well-integrated. Hop bitterness is low, providing a refreshingly crisp and dry finish with no harsh aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, light creaminess. High carbonation creates a lively, effervescent character. Highly refreshing with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
