Appearance. Deep reddish-amber to copper color (approx. 14-17 SRM); hazy to cloudy appearance due to being unfiltered with visible sediment; white head with low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity malt-forward aroma; prominent notes of sweet caramel, toffee, and toasted bread; low hop aroma with subtle earthy or spicy nuances; very low fruity esters and a clean, neutral yeast profile.
Taste. Strong initial malty sweetness featuring distinct caramel and toasted grain flavors; hop flavor is low to moderate; bitterness is light but present, serving to balance the rich malt profile without becoming aggressive; finishes moderately dry with lingering notes of toast and caramelized sugar.
