Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Medium-sized, white, creamy head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent lime zest, passionfruit, and crushed pineapple. Subtle floral notes blend with a faint, sweet confectionery scent. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as fresh grainy crackers. Very clean fermentation profile without significant esters.
Taste. High hop flavor of grapefruit, green tropical fruit, and resinous pine. The malt presence is low and grainy-sweet, quickly giving way to a medium-high bitterness. A unique hint of cotton candy-like sweetness appears briefly before a very dry, clean finish. Aftertaste is long and hop-forward with lingering citrus peel.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, clean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouth-coating sensation. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
