Appearance. Very light gold (approx. 2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright, white, frothy head that maintains moderate retention and leaves light lacing.
Aroma. Low to moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Dominant aromas of fresh crackers and a neutral graininess from the Flaked Torrefied Rice. Subdued earthy and slightly spicy hop notes from the Spalt additions, with no perceivable esters.
Taste. Crisp and clean initial impression with a light bready and crackery malt flavor. The rice adjunct lends a neutral quality that keeps the profile lean.
