Vetra Resolve
This German Pils presents a masterfully clean profile, emphasizing a crisp, refreshing character typical of the style. The pour reveals a brilliant gold hue topped by a persistent, creamy white head. On the nose, traditional German hops provide a moderately high floral and herbal bouquet, backed by the subtle cracker and grainy-sweet notes of premium Pilsner malt. The palate follows with a sharp, refreshing bitterness that cuts through the delicate malt base, leading into a bone-dry and flinty finish. As part of the global Resolve collaboration, this lager showcases a high-attenuation profile that remains elegant and balanced, leaving a lingering, noble hop spice on the tongue.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of herbal and floral hops; low grainy, doughy, and cracker-like malt character; clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial light grainy malt flavor quickly overcome by firm hop bitterness; hop flavors are herbal and spicy; high attenuation leads to a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering, clean bitterness and a touch of mineral character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; medium-high carbonation; crisp and refreshing with no alcohol warmth; may exhibit a slight flinty sharpness in the finish.
