Vertiga Show #2 is a vibrant and punchy American IPA that emphasizes a bright, modern hop profile within a sessionable frame. The sensory experience is led by high-intensity aromas of zesty grapefruit and resinous pine, with subtle tropical undertones of melon. A restrained malt backbone provides a clean, cracker-like foundation, ensuring the hops remain the undisputed star. On the palate, the bitterness is firm and assertive but remains crisp and clean, avoiding any harshness. This limited edition brew finishes exceptionally dry, leaving a lingering trail of citrus oils and a refreshing, hop-forward aftertaste that invites another sip.

Appearance. Medium gold in color with brilliant clarity. It features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light, decorative lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus, pine resin, and light tropical fruit. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, while the fermentation profile is neutral with very low esters.

Taste. The flavor is decidedly hop-forward with medium-high bitterness. Strong notes of grapefruit zest and pine dominate over a low, grainy-sweet malt base. The fermentation is clean, leading into a dry finish and a lingering, bitter, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and no astringency. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively sensation on the tongue. There is no perceptible alcohol warmth.
