This elegant Blonde Ale, inspired by German brewing traditions, offers a sophisticated sensory experience with a refined malt core. A combination of Pils, Vienna, and Carahell malts creates a foundation of toasted bread crust, fresh cereal, and a hint of honey sweetness, enriched by the smooth texture of oat flakes. The hop profile is classic and delicate, featuring the floral and spicy herbal notes of Perle and Mittelfruh. It pours a brilliant golden hue, delivering a clean and crisp character that balances soft maltiness with a restrained bitterness, making it an ideal, refreshing companion for light appetizers.

Appearance. Deep golden color (approximately 5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, frothy white head that exhibits fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Prominent grainy-sweet malt aromas of bread crust and honey-like sweetness. The hop character is light yet distinctive, expressing floral and herbal notes characteristic of noble-type hops.

Taste. Initial soft maltiness showcasing flavors of fresh cereal and toasted bread. Caramel is absent, replaced by a subtle honey-like malt depth.
