This Specialty IPA presents a vibrant fusion of New World hop juiciness and traditional fermentation complexity. Tropical aromas of pineapple and apricot lead the profile, closely followed by esters of ripe banana. Beneath the floral brightness, delicate phenolic spice notes emerge, creating the sophisticated layers typical of Belgian yeast strains. The palate is defined by a lush, juicy character that transitions into a smooth mouthfeel, finishing with a lingering, candy-like sweetness that balances the firm bitterness. It is a sophisticated hybrid that marries the bold aromatic punch of a modern IPA with the intricate, ester-driven profile of a strong Belgian ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber color. Topped by a dense, creamy, off-white head with excellent retention and significant lacing. A slight haze is present, consistent with its juicy character.

Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced tropical fruit esters of ripe banana and pineapple are complemented by stone fruit notes of apricot. A floral hop character is prominent, supported by subtle, peppery phenolic spice and a background of clean, bready malt.

Taste. Initial impression of juicy tropical and stone fruits. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a firm structure but is softened by a candy-like malt sweetness. Fermentation character adds complexity through light clove and pepper notes. The finish is smooth and moderately dry, with a lingering fruit-candy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a lively mouth-coating sensation. A gentle alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated at 7% ABV.
