Magnolia is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile driven by Idaho 7 and El Dorado. Intense aromas of sun-ripened pineapple and bright citrus peel dominate the olfactory experience, supported by a subtle, clean malt backbone. On the palate, the juice-like character translates into a lush wave of tropical fruit flavors without the aggressive, resinous bitterness often associated with the style. Despite its substantial 8% ABV, the beer maintains a remarkable lightness and a clean, refreshing finish. Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing. Slight haze present, characteristic of modern juice-forward interpretations.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and stone fruit from El Dorado, complemented by citrus zest and a hint of black tea from Idaho 7. Low, neutral grainy malt sweetness in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, primarily pineapple and orange. Low to moderate supportive bready malt flavor.
