This American IPA showcases a vibrant and complex expression of New Zealand hops, presenting a unique aromatic profile of ripe muskmelon, sweet bubblegum, and subtle notes of dried fruit and fig. Pouring with a soft, whitish haze, it offers a distinct departure from the classic clarity while maintaining the style’s assertive bitterness. The malt profile is lean and clean, providing a grain-focused foundation that allows the tropical and stone fruit characteristics to lead. A gentle, smooth mouthfeel characterizes the experience, culminating in a crisp, hop-forward finish that lingers with refined resinous and fruity nuances and a clean fermentation profile.

Appearance. Medium gold with a distinct whitish haze. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring New Zealand varieties. Primary notes of muskmelon and bubblegum are supported by deeper hints of fig and dried fruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, with a very low fruity fermentation ester profile.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of melon and tropical fruit lead into a medium-high bitterness. Low, clean malt presence offers supportive graininess without significant caramel. Nuanced notes of bubblegum and dark fruit emerge mid-palate. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste that remains clean and resinous.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notably smooth and gentle texture. Moderate carbonation provides a soft lift on the palate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength, without any harshness or astringency.
