This Hazy IPA showcases the signature Verdant house character, anchored by a grist of Golden Promise barley that provides a foundation of soft, bready sweetness and subtle orange hues. The aroma is an intense collision of overripe tropical fruit and pungent, dank weeds, creating a complex and heady sensory profile. On the palate, juicy mango and pineapple notes intermingle with a resinous, herbal depth. The mouthfeel is characteristically plush and pillowy, typical of the style, finishing with a restrained, soft bitterness that allows the vibrant hop oils to linger beautifully without any sharp or harsh edges.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6 SRM) with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, rocky, white meringue-like head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring saturated tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit) and a distinct resinous, dank, weed-like character. A supportive, bready, and lightly grainy malt presence from the Golden Promise provides a sweet-scented base alongside subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of pineapple and citrus peel followed by a complex, dank herbal layer. The malt flavor is low-medium and bready, balancing the hop intensity. Bitterness is low to medium-high but perceived as soft and well-integrated. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth at 6.5% ABV with no astringency or hop burn.
