Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Opaque and hazy with a golden-straw shine. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with very high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white grape, grapefruit, and sharp citrus zest. Background malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready, with supportive fruity fermentation esters and no toasted or caramel character.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of white grape and sharp citrus. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. A medium-low bready malt flavor provides a foundation for a savory-sweet complexity. The finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any harshness or hop bite in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, lush body with a soft and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Extremely smooth on the palate with no astringency and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
