This Double IPA delivers a saturated hop experience through an intensive triple dry-hop process, resulting in an explosion of tropical fruit, citrus, and resinous aromas. By omitting dextrose and increasing the malt bill, the brewery creates a substantial, grainy backbone that supports the robust 8.5% ABV. The deliberate use of a soft water profile produces a luxurious, silky mouthfeel that rounds out the assertive bitterness. Expect a complex sensory journey where layers of melon and stone fruit coalesce against a clean fermentation background, finishing with a lingering, pleasant hop character and refined warmth.

Appearance. Gold to light orange in color with a persistent, dense white head. Displays a notable haze consistent with modern dry-hopping techniques.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. Background notes of clean, neutral graininess with no significant esters and a hint of clean alcohol.
