Vercierderij Spontaan 2021 is a vibrant, wild-fermented tribute to traditional high-standard orchards. This blend of unsprayed apples and pears yields a rustic, farmhouse-inspired profile defined by its lively acidity and distinctive funk. On the palate, the interplay between the crisp tartness of the fruit and the softer, rounded aromatics of the pears is complemented by complex earthy and leathery notes born from spontaneous fermentation. Brilliantly effervescent and bone dry, it offers a sophisticated sensory experience that bridges the gap between traditional cidermaking and wild ale craftsmanship, finishing with a sharp, clean, and refreshing fruit-skin snap.
