Inspired by the classic cocktail, this robust Wild Specialty Beer showcases an opulent display of jammy raspberries and vinous white grape, beautifully intertwined with Vault City's signature house-mixed culture. At an impressive 11.5% ABV, it balances massive, jammy fruit depth with a vibrant, spritzy acidity. The aroma is a luxurious bouquet of ripe red berries, white wine-like esters, and a rustic, wild funk. On the palate, the intense tartness of late-season raspberries yields to a dry, sparkling finish reminiscent of fine Champagne. This is a complex, warming, and deeply expressive sensory experience.

Appearance. Deep, vibrant magenta-ruby with a brilliant violet hue. Pours with a dense, frothy, pink-tinted head that recedes relatively quickly to a persistent collar. Slight haze to nearly opaque clarity due to the heavy fruit concentration.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of ripe, jammy raspberry and sweet, vinous white grape closely mimic a sparkling wine cocktail. Underneath the fruit lies a complex web of funky leather, damp earth, and clean lactic sourness from the house-mixed culture, rounded out by a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Taste. Vibrant initial impression of sharp, tart raspberry juice and rich, jammy berry sweetness. This is immediately followed by a dry, vinous white grape flavor that cuts through the richness. The house-mixed culture provides an assertive but clean lactic acidity. Finishes dry and spritzy with a lingering, warming alcohol presence and a clean, refreshing aftertaste of tart fruit skins.

Mouthfeel. Medium body, which is surprisingly light and nimble for its high strength. High, spritzy carbonation provides a lively, effervescent mouthfeel. Noticeable, comforting alcohol warmth is present. Low to moderate astringency from raspberry seeds and grape tannins adds structural dryness.
