Crisp pear character is intensified by our house mixed-culture fermentation adding a refreshing acidity. Rounded out with a balancing touch of sweetness in the finish from the addition of Madagascan Vanilla.
A more delicate flavour profile than our Modern Sour Beer usually showcase but every bit as balanced and delicious.
