Sinds 2018 richten ze zich op onvermoeibare verkenning als het gaat om brouwen. Hun huiscultuur en gemengde fermentatie basisbier worden perfect gecombineerd met echte fruitingrediënten, en ze gebruiken letterlijk tonnen van deze ingrediënten in hun recepten om de grenzen te verleggen van wat mensen doorgaans van een bier zouden verwachten.
