This Wild Specialty Beer is a decadent, opaque smoothie sour that showcases an intensive berry profile. Deep hues from a concentrated fusion of blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries dominate the senses. On the nose, lush forest fruits collide with a prominent, sweet swirl of smooth vanilla. The palate is defined by an indulgent, jammy fruit density, balanced by a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity. The addition of vanilla creates a marshmallow-like sweetness that tempers the tartness, leading to a luscious, coating finish.
