The Varvar version wasn’t aged in barrels so comes in a little lighter and less oaky, allowing the prunes to assert themselves a lot more. Both boast luxurious dark roast coffee, essences of liquorice, caramelised muscovado, molasses, and an unmistakable smooth smoke flavour.
