This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Varvar Brew and Ārpus Brewing Co., presents a vibrant tropical profile driven by Nectaron and Superdelic hops. The sensory experience is defined by intense notes of exotic longan, ripe peach, and fresh pineapple that leap from the glass. Fermentation with London Fog yeast provides a quintessential soft, silky texture and supportive fruity esters. On the palate, the beer balances a mild sweetness with a gentle bitterness, resulting in a full, juicy body. Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Pours a hazy, opaque pale gold with a luminous orange-like shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by tropical longan, sweet pineapple, and lush peach. Subtle citrus notes and a background of bready, grainy malt provide support. Fermentation esters from the London Fog yeast add a light, fruity depth without any distracting phenols or alcohol heat.

Taste. Explosive flavors of peach, longan, and pineapple mirror the aroma. The malt profile is lightly bready and neutral, allowing the Nectaron and Superdelic hops to shine. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and integrated smoothly, never sharp. The finish is soft and slightly sweet, though well-balanced by the massive hop saturation, leading to a clean, juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, silky, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It offers a gentle alcohol warmth consistent with its strength and a smooth mouthfeel entirely free of hop astringency or harshness.
