Appearance. Pale gold to soft orange in color (5-8 SRM). Topped by a dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and significant Belgian lacing. Unfiltered and moderately hazy.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of fruity esters suggesting citrus and pear. Prominent spicy phenols featuring black pepper and the specific floral-peppery notes of Grains of Paradise. Background notes of meadow herbs and a light, crackery malt presence.
