This wild ale, meticulously aged in barrels, presents a vibrant sensory profile where massive doses of juicy cherries meld with the characteristic funk of Brettanomyces. Aromas of wildflower honey and macerated apples provide a sophisticated backdrop to the dominant stone fruit character. On the palate, a pleasant acidity and slight oak-driven astringency balance the fruit's richness, leading to a crisp, attenuated finish.
