Sup Cuz IPA is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a collaboration with Loza Farms through an expressive trio of Amarillo, Comet, and Citra hops. The sensory experience is driven by intense citrus and tropical fruit layers, where Citra provides deep mango and lime notes, complemented by the bright grapefruit and floral orange zest of Amarillo. Comet adds a unique, zesty punch that sharpens the overall fruit profile. Set against a soft, bready malt backdrop, this Hazy IPA maintains a smooth, approachable character with a gentle bitterness that allows the lush, juicy hop flavors to linger on the palate without any harshness.

Appearance. SRM 4-6. Hazy, opaque gold with a luminous sheen. Thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, lime zest, and ripe grapefruit. Underlying notes of orange blossom and a hint of zesty, wild citrus. Low bready, doughy malt character in the background. Clean fermentation with subtle tropical esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring mango and papaya from Citra, followed by tangerine and lime from Amarillo. Low-medium bitterness that is soft and masked by the body. Medium-low bready malt sweetness provides a supportive base. Finish is off-dry and fruit-forward with a clean, zesty aftertaste from the Comet hops.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture and no hop harshness. Medium carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth, non-astringent mouthfeel.
