Countdown is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a modern, refreshing profile through the use of Hornindal Kveik yeast. This unique fermentation strain produces expressive tropical esters that perfectly amplify the hop-forward character of the beer. Aromas of mango, pineapple, and bright citrus lead the experience, supported by a clean, lean malt backbone that keeps the focus on the hops. Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, medium-sized white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus notes. Low, clean, grainy maltiness. Moderate fruity esters from the kveik fermentation provide additional complexity without being overpowering.
