This robust Doppelbock presents a deeply malt-forward profile, celebrating traditional bottom-fermentation with a signature intensity. The sensory experience is defined by a symphony of rich Maillard products, offering notes of toasted bread crust and a subtle, enticing hint of dark chocolate that adds complexity without becoming roasted or burnt. Nuances of dark fruit leather and plum weave through the dense malt backbone. At 7.5% ABV, the alcohol remains well-integrated, providing a gentle warmth that balances the initial sweetness. A clean lager fermentation ensures the malt remains the primary protagonist, leading into a refined finish that balances bready richness with a distinct, clean bite.

Appearance. Dark brown with brilliant clarity and deep ruby highlights. Features a large, creamy, and persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
