Nirvana reimagines the classic Witbier with a contemporary dry-hopped edge. This refreshing ale presents a pale, milky haze and a pillowy white head, characteristic of its heavy use of unmalted wheat and oats. The aroma leads with zesty orange peel and peppery coriander, elevated by a modern, citrus-forward hop layer. On the palate, bready malt and silky textures provide a smooth foundation for flavors of lemon zest and light honey. The dry-hopping process adds a bright, floral hop presence that perfectly complements the spicy yeast esters. It finishes crisp and highly carbonated, offering a vibrant, modern take on a Belgian summer staple.

Appearance. Very pale straw with a distinct milky, whitish-yellow shine; very cloudy from starch haze and yeast. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring zesty, citrusy-orange fruitiness and perfumy-lemony coriander. A noticeable floral and citrus hop character from dry-hopping mingles with moderate bready, grainy wheat malt and light notes of honey and vanilla.

Taste. Initial impression of bready, grainy malt and smooth oats, followed by moderate zesty orange and herbal-spicy coriander. The hop flavor is more pronounced than traditional examples, offering floral and citrus notes. Hop bitterness is medium-low, supporting a refreshingly crisp and dry finish without any harsh aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess. Highly effervescent carbonation creates a refreshing, prickly sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present.
