Nirvana is a vibrant Witbier that elevates the traditional Belgian profile with a modern dry-hopping of Talus hops. It pours with a classic milky-yellow haze and a dense, frothy white head. The aroma is a bright fusion of bready wheat and zesty orange peel, further amplified by the Talus hops which contribute distinctive notes of pink grapefruit and subtle tropical citrus. On the palate, a soft, creamy texture supports flavors of sweet citrus and light herbal spice. The bitterness remains intentionally low, ensuring a crisp, refreshing finish that emphasizes pure drinkability and sunshine-ready fruitiness.
Appearance. Pale straw color (3 SRM) with a very cloudy, milky-white haze. Topped by a dense, white, moussy head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a complex blend of grainy, bready wheat malt and bright citrus. The addition of Talus hops provides prominent grapefruit and orange zest aromatics that mingle with traditional perfumy coriander and a light, peppery yeast ester profile.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, bready malt and grainy sweetness. Moderate flavors of orange peel and grapefruit zest dominate the mid-palate, driven by both the traditional botanicals and the Talus hop profile. Bitterness is low, serving only to balance the fruity sweetness. The finish is refreshingly crisp and dry with a lingering note of citrus oil and subtle herbal spice.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. High carbonation provides an effervescent, prickly sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency, resulting in a very refreshing and clean mouthfeel.
