Appearance. Golden color (SRM 4-6); brilliant clarity; medium white head with fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial aromas of floral and fruity American hops are supported by a light, neutral grainy-sweet malt character and a hint of bready notes.
Taste. Initial soft, bready maltiness quickly transitions to a prominent hop character. Moderate floral and fruity hop flavors are present. The bitterness is medium and notably persistent into the finish, providing a crisp counterpoint to the malt. The balance is slightly more hop-forward than standard examples, finishing medium-dry and clean.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. The finish is smooth with a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth given the 6% ABV. No significant astringency.
