This Double IPA, inspired by the mythical ambrosia of the gods, delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a double dry-hopping process. It leads with a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruit and bright citrus, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop character to shine without the weight of heavy caramel. Despite its assertive bitterness and hop density, the profile remains remarkably drinkable and lean. A subtle floral and stone fruit essence permeates the experience, mirroring the brewer’s intent of pleasure and affection. The finish is crisp and dry, leaving a lingering, resinous trail that invites the next sip.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale copper with a slight haze from the double dry-hop additions. It is topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, mango, and zesty grapefruit. A very low, neutral grainy malt character sits in the far background. Fermentation is clean with only a hint of citrusy esters and no solventy alcohol.

Taste. An immediate burst of tropical fruit and resinous pine dominates the palate. The malt flavor is low and soft, providing just enough structure to support the moderately high bitterness. The bitterness is firm but lacks harshness, leading into a dry, clean finish with a long, hoppy aftertaste of citrus peel and light spice.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a prickly sensation that cleanses the palate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, lacking any harsh astringency.
