This West Coast Micro IPA delivers a punchy hop profile that belies its sessionable 3.5% ABV. Centennial and Chinook hops lead with a classic charge of resinous pine and grapefruit rind, while an infusion of bergamot adds a distinctive floral citrus complexity reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. Despite its low gravity, the beer maintains a firm bitterness and a dry finish typical of the West Coast style. The lean malt bill provides just enough support to highlight the citrus zest and forest-floor aromatics. It is a refreshing, hop-forward experience that offers full-flavored American IPA character in a light, approachable frame.
Appearance. Medium gold color (approximately 7 SRM). Clear with a moderate, white, persistent head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, resinous pine, and a distinct citrusy-floral bergamot character. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background, while the fermentation profile remains very clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and hop-forward, dominated by grapefruit peel and pine needles. The bergamot infusion adds a sharp, citrusy complexity. Malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, serving only to support the hop presentation. Bitterness is firm and assertive, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering hoppy and citrus-zest aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. No alcohol warmth is perceived given the low ABV, and there is no harshness despite the firm bitterness.

Harvemmin Suomen kamaralla nähty VAAT aloitti kiertolaispanimona, mutta on viime vuosina rakentanut oman panimolaitteistonsa juuri Tallinnaan. Panimo keskittyy teknologisiin innovaatioihin, joilla pyritään minimoimaan ympäristövaikutukset.
