The sensory journey begins with an inviting aromatic bouquet of tropical fruit and subtle wild funk. Despite its potent 9% ABV, the beer remains deceptively smooth, offering a soft, velvety mouthfeel that balances bright lactic acidity with residual fruit sugars. The interaction between the mango and soursop creates a complex depth, ensuring the high alcohol adds structure and complexity rather than harshness. Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange in color with a persistent, heavy haze from the significant fruit additions. Pours with a white, fine-bubbled head that shows moderate retention before receding to a thin collar; light lacing is present.
