Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a large, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, pine resin, and light citrus peel. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is very clean with no significant esters.
