The use of Norfolk-grown Haná Pilsner malt provides a foundation of deeply bready, rich, and slightly toasted grain notes, while a centenarian heirloom Czech yeast strain adds a classic, rounded fermentation character. Aromas are defined by a floral and spicy hop bouquet that harmonizes with the complex malt. On the palate, a soft but assertive bitterness balances the honeyed sweetness of the heirloom grain.
