Taste. Rich initial impression of toasted grain and bread crust, followed by a nutty complexity and subtle toffee. Bitterness is medium-low, providing just enough balance to support the malt-forward profile without becoming sharp. No roasted, burnt, or harsh grain flavors are present. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, soft malty aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, dextrinous, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth lager character with no perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency.
