This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey led by a massive burst of tropical aromatics. Utilizing El Dorado and Sultana Lupulin hops, the profile is defined by intense notes of sun-ripened pineapple, bright citrus, and lush tropical fruit. The appearance is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing hue, while the mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and creamy, delivering a juicy sensation that balances its low-to-medium bitterness. Clean, grainy malts provide a subtle foundation, allowing the hop-derived fruitiness to shine through a refreshing, medium finish that avoids any harshness or hop bite, staying true to its refreshing intent.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (3–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous glow. Crowned by a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh pineapple, sweet citrus zest, and mango. Background notes of bready, grainy malt are present without any toasted or caramel character. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop profile.
Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors of pineapple and tropical stone fruit take center stage. The malt presence is low and bready, providing a soft platform for the hops. Bitterness is low to medium-low, feeling soft rather than sharp. The finish is juicy and off-dry, with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste and no perceived harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-hidden, with no astringency or raw hop burn.
