Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright, white, frothy head that has moderate retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Low to medium-low intensity. Clean grainy-malt profile with a subtle, sweet corny note from the maize. Hop aroma is low but distinct, showcasing spicy and herbal notes from the Saaz variety. Pure, clean fermentation profile without esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Low grainy-malt flavors with a light crackery quality and a touch of corny sweetness. Hop flavor is low, mirroring the spicy and floral notes of Saaz. Bitterness is medium-low (approx. 20 IBU), providing just enough structure to balance the malt. The finish is dry, clean, and highly attenuated with a neutral aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a high carbonation level that provides a refreshing carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no noticeable alcohol warmth at 5.3% ABV, and zero astringency.
