The aroma is dominated by zesty, aromatic lime oils and a sharp lactic acidity characteristic of the brewery's fruit-forward approach. A subtle undercurrent of whole vanilla bean provides a soft, creamy, dessert-like roundness that tames the aggressive citrus bite without adding heavy residual sweetness.
