Trevi is a sophisticated Italian-style German Pils that showcases the unique terroir of Eraclea Pilsner malt. This collaboration delivers a brilliant straw-gold appearance capped by a persistent white head. The aroma is highly expressive, led by the floral and spicy notes of Tradition and Mittelfrüh hops, layered over a distinctively honeyed and doughy malt base. On the palate, a crisp, cracker-like malt sweetness is immediately met by a firm, clean bitterness. The finish is bone-dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering herbal hop character that highlights its Mediterranean influence and precision lagering for a truly elevated drinking experience.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM), brilliant clarity with a tall, creamy, long-lasting white head and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring floral, spicy, and herbal hops. The Eraclea Pilsner malt provides a low but supporting doughy, sweet-grain, and light honey character. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial bready and honey-tinged malt flavor is quickly overtaken by assertive herbal and spicy hop notes. Firm bitterness provides a crisp, refreshing balance. The finish is very dry and clean, with a lingering minerality and a sharp, pleasant hop snap in the aftertaste.
